I don’t completely identify with being a Christian anymore, but I gotta be completely honest – this book has stuck with me my entire life.
I was an oddball kid and got picked on A LOT. As an adult not much has changed 😅
I’m not saying that I perfectly let go of all things at all times, but I’ve long learned to take the Lucia approach and not let things stick to me for super long.
In my opinion, anything worth doing is worth being criticized for. When you can disarm the criticism by simple not caring that you live rent free in some rando’s head, you can spend a looooot of time making tangible change in the world.
