This eBook is available for PDF download for anyone who would like it. In order to keep the book as accessible as possible, I am operating on a “Pay Your Own Price” model. This means you can assign your own value and pay only what you think it’s worth.

Why? Because I believe that locking reflective practice behind a paywall is counterintuitive and unjust.

I do believe that writers, creators, and educators should be compensated for their time, but my primary goal is always to expand access to reflective processes for suburban residents – not simply to make money.

That’s truly up to you. I would say $10-$12 is pretty fair by market comparison if you purchased it via traditional eBook stores.
